Three Easy Foods To Burn Fats
When it comes to losing weight the easiest way to get a slim and lean body is fat burning foods. But people often get confused with which food to take and which to avoid. However here's a small guide to help you reduce your weight which won't affect the muscles but just the fat.
Assumptions you should avoid. If you put veal on the top of your plate you might end up with one less plate. Same thing with lentils. Or sausages. These are the simple foods we avoid trying. Vegetables are good for you but not because they contain any fat. It’s the carbohydrates that are good for you. They are full of sugars and quick to turn into glucose. If you eat carbs straight from the container they stay in your stomach for quite some time which can make you hungry even more. The amount of time it takes to turn them into energy you can’t rely on. When you eat them in the form of chromized pasta or rice instead they go straight to your stomach quickly which gives you the energy you need.
For us it’s a fruit salad with grilled vegetables and a dash of olive oil usually as the dressing. York pepper or English mustard tend to go well with it. Your salads should be full of filling vegetables that contain some healthy fat burning foods.
Fruits:
Fruit is generally ok but avoid drinking sweet drinks such as fizzy drinks. Instead look for low-calorie, occasional-sweet drinks like herbal tea, chocolate milk or iced tea with a dash of honey. Spinach is good but not because it contains fat. It’s full of vitamins and nutrients including vitamin A and K. Now that’s not a lot but combining vegetables with it could make it even higher. Brown rice is a simple food that also contains nice nutrients like vitamin C.
Nuts:
Roasted nuts, oat bran, whole meal bread are good starters to get started with. Then switch it to whole wheat or quick bread dough and you’ll get a variety of different meals in one. Hamburgers are a lot more popular but if you grew up in America you’d know deep fried foods don’t belong in your diet. Instead look for grilled foods for your burgers and hotdogs. (yes there’s a difference) They also cook quickly and your stomach won’t be able to take much more so you’ll have less energy long after. Try it with a bit of olive oil poured on it or even Sriracha or Sriracha hot sauce.
Meats:
