Do You Know What Is The History Of Whiteheads?

Whitehead is acne that is inflicted by dead skin cells, oils, and bacteria. You can see them apprehended in one of your pores on your skin. They are the mildest variety of acne and are known as closed comedowns. They are small in size and appear flesh-colored as they are closed within the pores of the skin.  They are like bumps on your skin surfaces. They are characterized as non-inflammatory and there is no swelling or redness around them. You can see them on any part of your body like nose, chin, and forehead, back, chest, penis, shoulder, and arms. The forehead, chin, and nose areas are commonly known as the T-zone of your face and they are normally oily and more prone to acne. Teenagers are more prone to acne but that doesn’t mean that adults can’t have them.

The cause of acne can be excess oil production which will cause the pores to clog and cause whiteheads on your face. The hormonal changes can also be one of the main reasons for whiteheads or any other acne. If a woman is going through her menstrual cycle then they can appear more frequently than on the regular days. One of the important roles in whiteheads is played by the diet. You should eat a balanced diet according to your needs. You should avoid junk or greasy food if your body is prone to acne. Stress can also help in triggering or worsening your acne. A stressed person is more likely to break into acne than a normal person. You should not touch your face from time to time as it can irritate your skin and can result in a breakout. Cosmetics is also one of the reasons for your acne as it blocks the pores of your skin.

You can prevent whiteheads from popping out from your body by various means. You can use home remedies like honey, aloe vera. You can also take face steam as it will help you cleanse the pores and get rid of them. You can also use a face mask with tea tree oil which will fill you with open pores. You can use tea tree oil twice a day. Moreover, you can use apple cider vinegar as it has antibacterial properties which will help you reduce inflammation and even shrink your pores. You can also use acids like Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic acid, Mild retinoids, gentle exfoliants.
